NGEx recently announced filing of the Circular and related materials for its shareholder meeting, taking place on October 29, 2026, to approve the spin-out of Valle Ancho into a new Lundin Group exploration vehicle called Valiente Resources. All the material can be found at https://t.co/6WJC00gaap
Earlier this week, NGEx announced positive results from initial metallurgical testwork at Lunahuasi. Results were highlighted by final clean copper concentrates grading between 23.4% and 39.4% copper and 9.5 g/t to 43.7 g/t gold at copper recoveries ranging from 92.0% to 94.2%
